The aim of Feedback for Performance Excellence is to develop your knowledge and skills and provide you the tools to effectively deliver feedback to your team with confidence.
Giving feedback will promote professional growth and can result in increased confidence and job satisfaction within your team.

This eCourse requires approximately 1 hour of study. There are two learning topics:
1. Giving Performance and Behaviour Feedback
2. Conducting the Performance Appraisal
