QedON
Quality Education Online was established in 2021 and is a fast-growing dynamic Global EdTech Organisation. Our speciality is in the ‘End-to-End’ EdTech market; we design, develop, certify, host and sell high quality internationally accredited eLearning courses.

All of our courses are certified by the UK Ofqual, Regulated Awarding Body; ATHE (Awards for Training & Higher Education) and meet ATHE standards in terms of design, content and relevance, and are delivered and assessed in line with approved standards. We are also a member of the UK CPD service.

Paul is the CEO of Pelco Ltd. a multi-retail business with Service Stations, Convenience Stores and Fast-food Outlets throughout Leinster. Its fuel brand partners include Texaco and Top, together with convenience store partner Centra and a fast-food partner in Supermacs.
Dylan Smith
Chief Executive Officer
Dylan has been involved in education for several years. He is highly educated in Strategic Business having obtained a master’s from IT Carlow, a Hons Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, and a Degree from Maynooth University in Training and Continuing Education.
Susan Madden
Chief of Education
Susan Madden holds an MSc in Training and Performance Management from Leicester University, Centre for Labour Market Studies (CLMS) and is a graduate of the Strategic Business Planning & Management Programme with the Irish Management Institute (IMI) and Strategic Planning and Retail Management Programme with the Babson School of Executive Education, (USA). In 2019 Susan graduated from the Honourable Society of Kings Inn, Dublin, with an Advanced Diploma in Employment Law. Susan is a regular guest speaker and contributor at various industry forums in both Ireland and the UK. She has also lectured on behalf of Cork University (UCC) The National University of Ireland (NUI), Maynooth, and the Irish Management Institute (IMI), Sandyford, Dublin. Susan’s distinctive approach to training design and learning delivery has led to the many successful national assignments such as the development of various QQI Common Award Modules at levels 3, 4, 5 and 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ). In addition, Susan has worked with a number of Irish & International retail companies on bespoke consultancy based projects including the development of Performance Management Systems and Standard Operating Procedures. Susan participated in the making of the Feargal Quinn Retail Therapy series of TV programmes from 2010 to 2012. In 2012 Susan took up the position of Principal with South East College of Further Education & Training (SEC). Susan now specialises in the education and advancement of management personnel at all levels of an organisation through the delivery of certified part-time courses aimed at equipping managers, supervisors and team leaders with essential business and people management knowledge and skills. SEC is an Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) Centre of Educational Excellence.
Derek Crawley
Non-Ex Director
Derek was an Investment manager and partner with Investec Ventures €75m Investment Fund. Over 25 years of practical experience in investing in the ICT sector with a specific focus on technologies like web platforms, communications, mobile devices, business applications, video multimedia, networking, security and IT compliance. As a technology fund manager, Derek provided advice on investment projects and lead technical due diligence assignments and manage assets and fund administration. Other responsibilities include company evaluation and valuations, research and deal origination. Investment and divestment projects undertaken, include Ferfics, RAPT, Silvercloud, Terminal4, Zamano, AMCS, Helix Health, Britebill, Rainmaker, Fenergo, Diona Technologies, Accuris Networks and Davra Networks. Derek is also a keen member of the Institute of Directors.
