Learn how to identify the causes of conflict and how to deal with them effectively. As a manager dealing with workplace conflict, it will minimise the effect it will have on individual and team performance, in turn promoting a positive atmosphere.

The aim of Understanding Conflict Management in the Workplace is to equip you with the skills and knowledge to manage conflict situations in a clear, assertive and rational manner whilst supporting individuals or your team.
