eCourse Introduction

As a manager, this eCourse will enable you to deepen your understanding of how to get the most from your coaching and mentoring relationships. Learn how to guide individuals by transferring your skills and knowledge to support their development journey.

eCourse Aim

The aim of  Workplace Mentoring and Coaching is to equip you with the skills and knowledge to enable you to mentor and coach an individual or team. By using your knowledge and expertise, you can support and offer guidance to empower the mentee/coachee in reaching their goals, objectives and full potential.

eCourse Content and Assessment

This eCourse requires approximately 1 hour of study.  There are three learning topics:

1. Understanding Mentoring

2. Understanding Coaching

Assessment areas

3. The BATS Feedback Model


When you have completed your eCourse, take the online assessment to test and validate your new knowledge!

Once successful, you will receive a Digital Badge in Workplace Mentoring and Coaching from QedON.
