eCourse Introduction
One of the challenges in doing business with China is that China is a vast and diversified country with a long history and huge regional differences. To get to know Chinese business etiquette, therefore, is the key to making successful business deals with the Chinese. This course will introduce you to how to interact in a social environment, as well as help to build up a healthy and long-term business relationship.

This eCourse aims to equip you with the knowledge, skill and intercultural competence to skillfully and consciously engage with Chinese Businesses to develop trust and earn reciprocal respect. This eCourse includes the differences between Western and Chinese Business Cultures and Essential Business Etiquette when attending Business Meetings and Business Dining.
